Andrew joined the Board of Family Services of Greater Vancouver in 2009, currently serving as Secretary of the Board as well as Chair of the Nominating Committee. Andrew is also a member of the Board Governance Committee.

Andrew is part of Deloitte Inc.’s Consulting practice where he specializes in strategic planning, performance management, and organizational transformation for public sector organizations.

Prior to rejoining Deloitte in 2006, Andrew served four years as the Executive Director for a national, non-profit organization focused on engaging younger Canadians in public policy and civic discourse. In 2005 he was awarded the Public Policy Forum Youth Award for his work.
