Beth Rees has been involved in the counselling and human services industry for more than 19 years. During her career, Beth has worked with government and not-for-profit organizations in both Canada and the U.S. In addition to front line social service and clinical counselling practice, she is an experienced leader in the social services and employee assistance industries. She is passionate about implementing organizational operating and quality improvement systems, and delivering EFAP services that make a difference in people's lives and the organizations in which they work.  She is an experienced lecturer and trainer in the areas of program development and evaluation, employee burnout and compassion fatigue, clinical assessments and clinical interviewing in cases of child maltreatment. Beth holds a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and is registered with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. Beth joined fseap January 2007.
