Cheryl Mixon, B.S.W
Vice President - Adoption, Family and Child Services

Cheryl has worked in the social services field in Vancouver since 1971. Included in this experience is: work for the YWCA with young women experiencing homelessness and the multitude of related issues; statutory protection work for the Ministry for Children and Families; staff trainer and program development for the Ministry for Children and Families in the field of vocational and rehabilitation service. For the past fifteen years with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, she has been a part of the executive team, currently serving as the VP of Adoption, Family, and Child Services. Cheryl has a BA in Social Work, and an R.S.W designation.
