How our clients rate us
Last year we provided 1, 476 hours of counselling to 142 clients. Of clients who completed our service evaluation questionnaires:

• 71% rated the service they received as excellent
• 64% reported that they definitely got the kind of service they wanted, another 29% believed they generally received the kind of service they wanted.
• 64% were very satisfied with the help they received, another 29 % were mostly satisfied.
• 93% reported that the services they received helped them deal more effectively with their problem.
• 79% said they would definitely recommend our service to a friend in need of similar help.

We regularly ask our clients about how their life has changed through their experience of counselling. Here is a sample of what our clients had to say:
