What does the Victim Support Program do? Our victim support workers provide one-to-one support to adults who have experienced relationship violence, sexual assault, historical child physical/sexual abuse, or criminal harrassment. Services include emotional support; information (e.g. about the crimal justice system, resources in the community, trauma treatment); advocacy; accompaniment (e.g. to court, to community resources, Crown Counsel); court and after-court support; referrals and community liaison.
